2024 PRICING INFORMATION

SESSION DETAILS
-session cost includes digital files of fully edited high resolution images from your session for ordering
-7% sales tax is included in the session cost
-payment will be invoiced through Square
-my studio is used only for newborns, babies and children
-sneak peeks are ONLY on Facebook. I will post on social media with permission of the client, but I do not text or message a sneak peek

baby’s milestones  {3, 6, 9 months or 1 year old}  each session: $300

$150 due upon booking {nonrefundable}, $150 due no later than seven days before your session

baby’s cake smash & bath  {1 year old} in studio: $250

$150 due upon booking {nonrefundable}, $100 due no later than seven days before your session

hello baby {fresh 48 hospital session} TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

*this is more of a lifestyle session, capturing those first moments with baby
**session takes place in the hospital room the day after delivery
(you can expect this session to last around 30-60 minutes)

newborns {baby only} $450, studio only

$150 due upon booking {nonrefundable}, $300 due no later than 14 days before baby’s due date
**newborns are photographed in my studio only
*this session does NOT include any parent/sibling poses with your newborn
*It’s best to do this session around 2 weeks after birth
(you can expect to spend around 2-4 hours at this session)

newborns {baby+me} $750, studio (this includes TWO sessions)

$300 due upon booking {nonrefundable}, $450 due no later than 14 days before baby’s due date
**newborns are photographed in my studio only
*this session is broken up into TWO separate sessions — one for the newborn only (see pictures in the newborn only description above), and one for the parent and/or sibling shots
*this newborn session includes props and posed shots of baby, and the parent/sibling session will include the white bed set up for parent/sibling poses with your newborn
*It’s best to do this session around 2 weeks after birth
(you can expect to spend around 2-4 hours at the newborn session, and 1 hour for the parent/sibling session)

belly TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
$300, outdoor session (done in the 3rd trimester)

$150 due upon booking {nonrefundable}, $150 due one week before session.
(you can expect to spend 30-45 minutes at the maternity session)

minis $150 (these are seasonal, and will be announced via Facebook and on my website)

$150 due upon booking {nonrefundable}
*mini sessions includes 3 digital files, with an option to purchase extra files or upgrade
(you are allowed 15 minutes per time slot, and should arrive 5 minutes prior)

headshots $50, in studio or on location

$50 due upon booking, and covers one headshot
*you will receive one high resolution digital file and one low resolution file of each headshot
*additional headshots (different angles or poses) are $25 each

sports team/individual portraits  on location

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. PLEASE READ! 
Session fees include digital negatives of either 3, 10, 15 or 30 fully edited high resolution images from your session for ordering. If there are more than the stated amount of final images, you will be provided with a Client Viewing Gallery of Proofs for you to select your final images.  If you would like to purchase extra images after making your selection, there is a $15 cost per image for regular sessions, and a $25 cost per image for mini sessions if applicable.

A travel fee applies to any session greater than 20 miles outside of area code 47848 at a rate of .75c per mile, round trip. Payment will be through Square invoicing.

While Katie Marie Photography may capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by the photographer for previewing. Each finished image is carefully edited by the photographer to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown. No unedited images will be released. Basic and necessary touch-ups will be performed at the discretion of the photographer. Any requests above what is presented in the dropbox gallery will be billed at $15/image. This may include things such as extensive blemish or scar removal, head swapping, body slimming, etc.

Your final images will be sent to you via dropbox.com. The images may be printed only from a professional printing company such as unitprints, mpix, and cgproprints. Images are not intended to be printed at CVS, Walgreens, Sams Club, Target, Walmart, Costco, or any other chain stores, where the color & contrast is not true to the edited image.

At such time that KMP provides the Client with a digital gallery, KMP’s contractual obligation is fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and reshoots will be at the discretion of KMP only. Client accepts that images provided will be consistent with photographers work as displayed on KMP website and social media.

DISCLAIMER
It is thoroughly understood by the client that digital negatives are not to be copied or distributed commercially in any way and are for personal use only.   Any and all use of images for commercial use must be approved by photographer without exception. Katie Marie Photography reserves copyright of all images. DO NOT EDIT OR ALTER THE IMAGES IN ANY WAY. Deposit for your session is due no later than seven days after booking. If session deposit is not received in this time frame, your session date will be removed from my calendar. Thank you for understanding.   Pricing & policies are subject to change without notice.
