Meet Your Photographer

Hi! Thanks for checking out my website!!  I’m Katie. I’m naturally an introvert, but I come out of my shell when it comes to taking pictures for others. I’m blessed to have a beautiful family, and am so thankful I can stay home to raise my kiddos, while doing what I love on the side.  My ideal day is waking up, having a cup of coffee and doing things around my house. It’s so exciting, I know, but I love it 🙂

Your session is all about you; whether it’s for your newborn (my favorite session), your little one growing through their first year milestones, documenting your children’s lives as they grow, or having a fun family session.  I love to capture the moments that mean the most, not just the smiles, but blankies, binkies, different characteristics along the way…the little things that you may not even realize you will want to remember.  One of my favorite pictures I have of my daughter is just before she turned two.  I asked her how old she was going to be, and in her dutchy way of talking she told me “doo”, holding up two fingers.  I was able to capture that moment, and it makes my heart melt every time I see it.
